MODICON M221
PLC (Programmable logic controller) เป็นอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้สำหรับควบคุมการทำงานของเครื่องจักรต่างๆ PLC มีส่วนที่เป็นอินพุตและเอาท์พุตที่สามารถต่อออกไปใช้งานได้ ปุ่มสวิตซ์หรือตัวตรวจวัดต่างๆ จะต่อเข้ากับอินพุต ส่วนเอาท์พุตจะต่อออกไปใช้ควบคุมการทำงานของอุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องจักรที่ต้องการควบคุมผู้ใช้งานสามารถออกแบบการควบคุมได้โดยการเขียนโปรแกรมคำสั่งเข้าไปที่ตัว PLC ได้โดยตรง PLC นั้นมีหลายยี่ห้อซึ่งเราจะยกตัวอย่างของ PLC ยี่ห้อ Schneider มีหลายSeries เช่o Modicon M221 Series, Modicon M241 Series, Modicon M251 Series, Modicon M262 Series, Modicon M258 Series เป็นต้นในกรณีนี้เราจะกล่าวถึง Modicon M221

– Basic
Program Ecostruxure Machine Expret – Basic เป็นซอฟต์แวร์การเขียนโปรแกรมสากลสำหรับเครื่องจักรอัตโนมัติโดยตัวควบคุมลอจิก Modicon M221 การใช้งานที่เรียบง่ายนั้นต้องการเพียงการคลิกน้อยลงทำให้กระบวนการทางวิซวกรรมมีประสิทธิภาพมากขึ้น
