Tend Control Switch

Control switches are a type of electrical switch operated by rotation. User can turn a knob or shaft that change the contacts dependent on the direction of turn. They can stop in a number of different actuation positions, turning different circuits on or off or increasing or decreasing the value of the circuit. For the various equipment in industrial and control panel there are Toggle switch, Foot switch, Cam switch, Main switch, and Monolever switch.

Toggle switch (TO/T5)

1. Current:10A and 15A
2. Movement way: Go-on, auto-return
3. Terminal type: Screw type, solder and tab type
4. Rainproof cap (TOW): Waterproof and oil tight.
5. Mounting hole: Ø12m/m

Cam switch (TCS)

1. Diversified operating ways, handles and plates.
2. Unique modular design of contact blocks keeps internal parts from falling apart when contact blocks are disassembled or replaced.
3. Can assemble or disassemble contact blocks to suit for various models yet without risking excessive stock.
4. Contact blocks can be added click-on easily, no need to unscrew.
5. Connecting screws are fastened from the back rather than normally from the side. It makes wiring easier.
6. A special design to keep connecting terminals and screws in the contact blocks can prevent users from electric shocking.
7. All the connecting pieces of terminals are covered to avoid electric shocking.

8. Capacities are differentiated by colors of contact blocks: blue for 10A; gray for 16A and black for 25A.

Monolever switch (TMR）

1. You can smoothly and swiftly handle the lever in four directions-upward, rightward, downward and leftward.
2. Three alternatives of movement are attainable in each direction: Go-on, auto-return and blockade-enforcing.
3. You are free as you like to operate in four, three or two directions with the switch.
4. Rubber bushing is water-proof, oil-resistant, and bust-preventive.

Main switch (TDS)

1. These series of switches has 6 types of capacity ranging from 16A to 80A.
2. Installation includes fixed way (fixed on the operating panel) and detached way (contact fixed in the control box whereas upper base and handles fixed on the tope cover of the control box)
3. Detachable type can be installed on TBR - N (standard aluminum rail-wide rail)
4. There are two types of switching handles: standard and round. Standard is colored in red/yellow or black/silver; while round ones red/yellow or black/gray

Indirect hoist push button switch (THS)

1. This switch can control three phases motor directly. No need to use magnetic switch. Easy wiring.
2. This switch is waterproof and made out of ABS housing. Suitable for out-door application.
3. Unique mechanical interlock design. which can help prevent short-circuit.
4. Can be used with emergency switch, pilot lamp, push button switch, or key switch. The rated current for the switch is 1th=10A.
