LED Indicators
Machine indication whether to indicate a system operation, or display flashing warning lights that indicate a system error, IDEC have the solution. We have a variety of LED indicators that meet every type of applications.
Now available in 12V DC, 24V AC/DC or 120V AC, the AP22M series of pilot lights use high-intensity LEDs to provide ultra-bright visibility even in direct sunlight! These lights are perfect for use in applications located in dirty environments, or with high ambient light levels, such as waste water treatment plants, car washes, and solar or outdoor control panels. AP22M is available in six vibrant color lenses or with a clear lens to provide sharper contrast between lit and unlit. When viewed from the side, these lights provide illumination up to 100 times brighter than a standard pilot light. You need to see it to believe it!
The AP series of pilot lights offer a simple, low cost solution to panel mounted indicating light needs. Available in four panel cutout diameters, with either dome or flat lenses, all units use an integral LED array with built in current limiting resistor. All models mount with a locking ring that fastens from behind the panel, rendering them tamperproof from outside the panel. Termination is via solder terminals of various sizes, depending on the panel cutout. Available in 5V DC, 12V AC/DC or 24V AC/DC; there are also optional snap-on transformers and a DC-DC converter to support higher voltages.
Panel Mounted Annunciator
Our SLC series panel mount annunciator provides a clear visual indication and control for your system. It's customizable and configurable based on your system requirements.
IDEC's SLC30 series offers is a made-to-order pilot light matrix which mounts directly into any type of panel. Based on a 30mm square building block, SLC30's are configurable up to 200 windows. In addition, by including optional switch units within the matrix, many panel designs can be implemented with only one panel cutout, resulting in cost savings and a cleaner panel. A variety of windows sizes are available and can be mixed in a single unit. LED lamps are available in full voltage (6V, 12V, or 24V AC/DC) or with a transformer (120V or 240V AC). All terminations are via screw terminals and standard jumper bars help simplify wiring.
The SLC40 series is a made-to-order pilot light matrix which mounts directly into any type of panel. Based on a 40mm square building block, units can be built up to 105 windows. Featuring oversize windows, tilt down lens frames to enhance visibility from below, and multiple window sizes that can be mounted collectively, the SLC40 series can offer a solution for almost any panel indicating requirement. By integrating multiple pilot lights into one device, cost savings can be realized in panel layout and design time. LED lamps are available in full voltage (6V, 12V, 24V AC/DC) or with a transformer (120VAC or 240VAC). All terminations are via screw terminals and standard jumpers help simplify wiring.
Surface Mounted Annunciator
Surface mount indicating lights from IDEC are slim and stylish, best for mounting on the surface of equipment or panels to maintain excellent visibility from the front and the side! These surface mount indicators can also be used in various applications that do not have space behind the panel. This includes robotic arms, product picking, door monitoring and other applications where a dual-color or tri-color, pre-wired LED light is easier than drilling holes to mount two pilot lights.
