Inverter Rexroth

The Rexroth VFC 3210 is a multi-functional mini inverter. It features enhanced V/f control, a power range of 0.4...4 kW, supports side-by-side installation, has a smaller footprint than the VFC 3610, and offers natural cooling for 1.5 kW and below. Its built-in PID control, multi-speed operation, and torque compensation make it widely applicable in woodworking machinery, packaging machinery, food processing, and HVAC industries.

The VFC 3220 frequency inverter is designed for three-phase power grids with voltages from 380V (-15%) to 480V (+10%), and controls motor power ranging from 0.4kW to 5.5kW. It is a multi-functional mini inverter that supports enhanced V/f control and sensorless vector control, with an output frequency up to 599Hz. It integrates a braking unit, PID control, speed control potentiometer, and other features, covering most applications for asynchronous motors and permanent magnet synchronous motors.

It is widely used in equipment in industries such as fans and pumps, material handling, mixing equipment, HVAC, textile machinery, and woodworking machinery.

The VFC 3615 is an enhanced V/f frequency converter tailored for small mechanical applications, with a power range of 0.4...30 kW and starting torque up to 1.5 Hz/100% and 3 Hz/150%, making it widely used in equipment in industries such as fans and pumps, material handling, mixing equipment, HVAC, textile machinery, and woodworking machinery.

The VFC 5610 is a high-performance vector inverter designed for demanding mechanical applications. It offers a power range of 0.4...400 kW, starting torque up to 0.5 Hz/200%, and selectable torque and speed control. Its high control precision and fast dynamic response make it widely used in industrial mixing, CNC machine tools, extrusion equipment, metal processing, food packaging, printing and papermaking, and other industries.
